Three words to describe my teaching style would be empowering, purpose-driven, and soul-fueled. My classes are fiery and passionate, so you can expect a hyped up, empowering class with a coach who refuses to let you settle, and makes it fun as hell. My favorite day of the week is Monday, ARMS AND ABS and my playlist genre of choice is EDM/Big Room.

On a personal note, I can’t live without puppers and my guilty pleasure is skinny margs & pizza. My friends would say I am the loudest believer in the room, deeply passionate, wildly motivating, and impossible to ignore.
