Ahmad Jones

Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, funny, and in-your-face. My classes are hype, and energetic so you can expect a poppin’ playlist and a really good time. My favorite day of the week is Friday, Full Body, and my playlist genre of choice is hip hop and rap.

On a personal note, I can’t live without headphones, my guilty pleasure is country music, and my friends would say I’m always making new friends.
