Lauren Hart

Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, motivating, and comedian. My classes are fun and party time, so you can expect to walk into an energizing environment that is going to bring the vibes and the sweat. Be ready to work, while being motivated and having fun, while being pushed to your limits at the same time. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is edm and hip hop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my dogs and my guilty pleasure is chinese food on the couch. My friends would say I am a certified yapper, life of the party, a good time for a long time, and little miss I can do it all.
