Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be enthusiastic, inclusive, and motivational. My classes are energetic and FUN, so you can expect to come for a sweaty party! You’re going to work your butt off but leave smiling. My favorite day of the week is Saturday, FULL BODY – UPPER BODY FOCUS and my playlist genre of choice is millennial block party.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my tacos, not from a particular spot, I just love tacos! My guilty pleasure is fast and furious movies. My friends would say I am the live of the party with a big heart.
