Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, transformative and motivating. My classes are fun & empowering so you can expect clients can expect an intense but fun, transformative experience. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is a even mix of Hip-Hop & House.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my dogs (Jace & Jaxxon) and my guilty pleasure is Ben & Jerry’s Salted Caramel Core. My friends would say I’m a hardworking, goofy optimist 😁
